The incumbent should have strong knowledge of solar cell manufacturing, very good understanding about contracting and commercial activities, budgeting / estimation & financial implications, interfaces of various system / equipment, analytical and problem solving capabilities. Positive attitude, high energy level, pro-active approach and speed of response & prompt decision making are essential attributes.
