Job Description

• Serve food and beverages to guest in accordance with the standard operating procedure.
• * Be conversant with the items on the Food and beverage menu, to be able to make recommendations to guests and upsell.
• Ensure that all guests are attended quickly and efficiently as possible, constantly striving to promote a “service first” atmosphere
• Help the Guest to get seated as per the standards.
• Arrange the table for accommodating correct no of Guests.
• Take and serve order as per the standards.
• Ensure and maintain clean and tidy table after the main course.
• Ensure all acts of serving are executed within prescribed time limit. To meet guest needs and request in right time.
• To ensure and maintain high level of guest satisfaction.
• To greet guests in a smiling, polite and courteous manner
• Check that the quality and presentation of food meets the set standards before it is presented to guests.
• Ensure work area is clean.
• Maintain high standards of Hygiene and cleanliness throughout the work area

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹17,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
