Job Description:
1. Managing end to end sales backend activities : Booking of order, dispatch of products and collection of payment
2. Coordinate pre-sales and after-sales activities between customers and sales team
3. Be involved in tele-sales related activities for repeat sales, processing sales orders received from the customers and other routine activities
4. Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise
5. Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with the product(s)
6. Updates all contact information for clients
7. Follow up for the payments as per the payment escalation matrix
8. Primary response point of contact for all sales related communications including calls, messages, emails from customer
9. Respond to Online enquiries through Indiamart and companys website
10. Manage queries and escalation of queries to sales manager for 2nd level support on handled processes & tasks
11. Report the status of the queries and advise the sales team on opportunities in pipeline
12. Identify and fill online government tenders
13. Prepare dashboards, data analytics and presentations for Senior executives’ discussions
14. Review Sales Order Forms and send it to dispatch department.
15. Send dispatch docket details to client and handle all related queries.
16. Follow up with client for timely receipt of order in good condition.
17. Ensure all Orders are approved within pricing and discount policies
18. Co-ordinate with finance and plant for timely dispatch of material for existing customers.
19. Take order follow-ups with the production team
20. Does sales order- tracking delivery and maintain MIS for department
21. Update customers on the status of orders
22. Should be able to do handle dispatches from plant to customer single-handed led.
23. Coordinate with finished goods store/dispatch department for timely dispatch of orders to the client.
24. Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels.
25. Support the sales staff, when they are in field by providing data, documents, etc per their request

2. Hands on experience on advanced Excel
3. Knowledge of Sales Cycle and its basic requirements
4. Knowledge of CRM systems usage
5. Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
6. Self-starter, proactive and a can do innovative attitude
7. Excellent communication skills, cross functional experience and strong interpersonal skills
8. Results and detail oriented with the ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively
9. Ability to adopt process changes
10. Team Player with positive attitude ready to work in a fast paced environment
11. Hands-on on excel formulas like Vlookup, PivotTable, etc
12. Experience on handling enquiries on various online platforms.
