L&OD and HR Operations Specialist
Purpose of the Position
(Why the job exists in the company & the expected outcome)
- To arrange and manage the learning and development activities for site workforce on the basis of training needs assessment
- Supports in HR Operations and Time Office Management by planning, organizing, and implementing HR systems, policies and ensure maintaining accurate Attendance & Leave details of employees in system and timely updation including Error free Attendance processing and related jobs.

L&OD
- Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with HODs and human resources departments
- Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs
- Considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programme is becoming increasingly important
- Working in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization, such as line managers, accountants and senior managers at board level
- Developing effective induction programmes
- Devising individual learning plans
- Managing the delivery of training and development programmes and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the organization
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
- Evaluating training effective ness and development programmes
- Amending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
- Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses
- Having an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages
- Researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and presenting this research
HR Operations
- Effective implementation and monitoring of HR Policies, SOPs & guidelines across departments at site
- Maintaining & updating personal file of on roll employees & FTA’s..
- Maintaining & supervising attendance system and leave records
- Timely and accurate processing of Mediclaims, Shift Schedule, C/Offs, etc
- Preparation of consultants letter, NFAs and tracking thereof
- Preparation & generating of various types of reports, MIS, presentations
- Effectively handling employees’ grievances, queries etc and resolve with service attitude
- Knowledge updating about current employment laws, taxation, systems etc.
Role & Responsibilities
- Incumbent will be act as Training and Development facilitator at Site.
- Responsible for collection of data of training need.
- Preparing list of employees based on training need Identification and finalize the nomination from concerned HODs.
- Accordingly arranging training sessions for target employees to fulfil skill gap.
- Responsible for analysis of after the training effect on employees
- Efficient in database management, Staffing and presentation.
- Knowledge of LMS.
- Must be familiar with Labour Laws and related employment acts
- Efficient in database management, Staffing and presentation, grievance handling
Qualifications
External Qualifications – To be filledPG Degree/ PG Diploma in HR
