• Organising daily coordination meeting for CHP & AHP
• Emergency & high priority jobs tracking & ensuring timely closer of order.
• Planning & Scheduling of CM & PM jobs.
• Planning of unit short shut down jobs.
• Reporting of PTW cycle deviations.
• Preparing equipment outage report for maintenance activities carried out

includes surprises and learnings to be used as a preventive measure for other

systems.

• Maintenance processes KPI calculation & action plan preparation to minimise

deviations.

• Preparation of monthly / special report / PPT for top management.
• SAP, Equipment’s uploading, PM plan uploading, SAP data management.
• Prepare plan for improving reliability, generation & quality maintenance

practices.

• Support activities of IMS, 5-S & SMS.
• Daily basis Monitoring of PTW System in SAP / CHP Area
