The member shall be involved in all large corporate finance transactions, esp equity transactions.

CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1/ Preparation of detailed materials, transaction collaterals – Financial Model, IM etc.

2/ Transaction Documentation

3/ Internal Coordination for Due Diligence

4/ Transaction Closing related coordination

5/ Negotiation

1/ Timely turnaround of all transaction collaterals

2/ Maintain Confidentiality

KEY DIMENSIONS

Scale of Role – Key member of the transaction team for extremely confidential equity transactions / strategic transactions for the group

The role would ensure that we build inhouse bandwidth to execute more transactions at the same time

The hire would also be involved in other corp finance transactions depending on bandwidth but with focus on equity deals

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

1/ Finanical Modelling, 2/ Presentation skills, 3/ Good understanding of legal documentation, 4/ Good communication skills

Qualifications

Qualifications:
CA, CA + MBA, B.tech + MBA

Experience:
1/ Investment Banks – Associate / VP at international banks in investment banking roles
