Job Objective
ØTo Manage and handle warehouse operations activities in Manufacturing plant with the following requirement :
1) First hand experience in Store and logistics.
Ø2)Demonstrate methodical and precise approach towards commercial and contractual information of Store and logistics
Ø3)Exclusive knowledge on Solar business / Infrastructure O&M / project and well integrated with all functions.

Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Roles & Responsibilities
Desired Area of Expertise :
Ø * Around 03~08 years of relevant experience in O&M Stores, material handling and storage .
Ø * Ensure proper accounting / receipt / issuances to production of FG cells .
Ø * Ensure safe handling / re-cycling of used packing materials from module line to cell line .
Ø * Ensuring sorting of cells as per SOP and storage in stores accordingly;
Ø * Exposure EMS /ISO / EHS and OHSAS.Exposure ERP / SAP for Material management.
Ø * Around 03~08 years of relevant experience in O&M Stores, material handling and storage .
Ø * Ensure proper accounting / receipt / issuances to production of FG cells .
Ø * Ensure safe handling / re-cycling of used packing materials from module line to cell line .
Ø * Ensuring sorting of cells as per SOP and storage in stores accordingly;

Ø * Controlling of Shelf Life Materials , storage as per norms.
Ø * Must be aware about controlling and disposal of non-confirming materials received from production.
Ø * RGP Process and their timely closer.
Ø * Must be aware about Inventory Control techniques
Ø * Knowledge of proper material accounting, financial aspects, Customer centricity.
Ø * Conversant with TQM / 5S / ISO / OHSHS / JIT concepts.

Safety Requirement
EHS : Safety -Culture building and ensuring commitment towards Safety, Health and Environmental regulations. (i.e To Implement Zero harm culture in the organization.)
Establish Safe work practices.
Ensure Daily Tool Box Talk with all stake holder, Compliance of rules/ guidelines of safety. Training, Refresher training for MHE operators.

To operate and maintain Solar Manufacturing plant (MSPVL) with high reliability & efficiency in all respect and within approved budget.
Ensuring timely Receving of material from Production and update in SAP within 24 hours after receving the material.
Timely Issue the material to Module production as per SOP.
1) No major NCs in the Stock audits ( Monthly & Qtrly ) and Stock Variance should be less than 1 % .
2) Timley segrication of material as per (Efesency, Coolur ,Trace ID wise) and proper storage the same.

Internal Process : Enhancement of Bottom and Top Line of the company.
Timely Issue the material to Module production as per SOP.
Ensure to make all efforts to utilize material within shelf life. Monthly pre-alert of such stock to users and management.
Ensure to meet daily dispatch target of Finish Goods Cell customers as per dispatch plan provided by FG Dispatche team.
Nil Loss on account of stores
Build seamless and Cordial relationship with internal customers to ensure achievement of desired business outcome.
Ensure proper training in line with TNI (5 Man-days), building & development of robust team with proper hierarchy.
No production loss
