Ensuring Zero Fatality
Driving and participating in all PIC and Sub-committees for implementation of Chetna Process
100% Safety Induction & Safety Awareness of all employees (including contractor employees)
Conducting the Safety audit , PTW audit and
Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment, ensuring controls, Set specific objectives, develop further controls to have zero incidents.
Weekly thorough assessment at BTG areas and ensure the controls
Drive the initiative of near miss reporting (at least two near miss reported every day) and Behavioural Based safety in the plant.
Ensuring that effective safety processes are in place for all critical activities, high risk activities for example unit shutdown.
Daily and monthly planning and allocation of activities in the department and coordinate all activities
Coordinating safety inductions, Tool Box Talks/Pep Talks
Organizing routine and ongoing and periodic safety awareness and motivational programs like safety week, fire service day etc.

Qualifications
BE or Diploma with PDIS having 08 to 10 years of experience
