Role Purpose
Responsible for Singrauli cluster corporate affairs and obtaining approvals related to Mining, Environment, Forest and Revenue departments at District and State Level. Responsible for liasioning with Local Authorities and Media Relations. Collect Information on ongoing local developments and Developing effective local public relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaison with Mines, Revenue, Forests & Environments at district/state level authorities for obtaining necessary approvals from time to time
- Obtain Forest Land Related Approvals/Clearances for Singrauli Cluster under Forest Conservation Act 1980 & other related matters for Sulyari/Dhirauli sites
- Submit application to RO Office of forest department
- Organise site visit of SD/RO
- Obtain timely approval from Forest department at RO/Division/District level for land acquisition
- Monitor Forest Related Compliances and follow up with Environment and horticulture department such as tree felling and transportation of the trees
- Obtain approvals under wildlife act
- Obtain timely tree felling permissions
- Identify CA land, survey the land & ensure notification of land and complete land acquisition along with Land Acquisition department for new projects
- Follow up in person at RO / Division / District of Singrauli districts for regular submission/compliances/reports/approvals within minimum time.
- Interact with Commissioner/Collectors/SPs/ASPs/SDPOs/SDMs and TIs for getting assistance
- Interact with CF, DFOs, RFOs etc. regularly for necessary approvals/refund of security deposits.
- Interact with local stake holders as and when reqd near the mine
- Obtain necessary approvals from CE, SE, Asst Engr offices of MP Electricity board
- Interact with mines/project teams for collecting the information and organizing the visits of Govt officials.
- Register in Khanij Online Portal for coal storage operation and Regular Royalty assessments for Sulyari/Dhirauli . Regular follow up at DMO and Collectorate,
- Establish and maintain good relations with local media and English media
- Ensure regular media coverage of various activities and achievements of mines in Singrauli Cluster.
- Collect company related information from various Government departments at district/state level
- Maintain good relationships with politicians, NGOs, various commission and boards
- Ensure regular formal and informal meetings with Govt authorities/leaders for Lunch/Dinners at Hotels/Lawns based on company annual corporate affairs plans
- Collect vigilance information on various agitations, anti-company propaganda and take mitigating actions
- Enhance Adani group brand image by articulating CSR works, ethics, contribution to society and nation.
- Build conducive and friendly work environment by engaging stakeholders in a healthy manner
