Job Description

To handle the Position and responsibilities of Security Shift- In-Charge. Responsible for the Security function in the plant during the shift and responsible for Access control of man /material /vehicle / and prevention of company property from theft, pilferage, vandalism, sabotage etc.
As per the guideline of PSH, liaise with security automation team for effective installation of automation systems.
Handling and implementation of latest security related equipment and connected security procedures and lead the teams with the connected jobs (access control, material management, visitor management, pass section etc.).
Establish site intelligence & vigilance team for information gathering.
Implement Traffic management inside plant and township premises as per SOP.
Training of contractual security staff and sustaining record.
Conducting security related mock drill and internal audits for enrichment of security system as per guideline of PSH.
Management & Escorting of VVIP visits.
Proper record keeping and monitoring of expenses according to approved security budget.
Monitoring & planning of man power deployment.
Investigate the Incident / accidents occurred during shift and furnish report.
Timely submission of all the departmental returns/reports and preparing MIS.
Maintain cordial relationships with law enforcement agencies and security organizations.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Any Graduation

Experiences: 7 to 15 Years
