Roles and Responsibility:
- Generate Sales, Revenue & profits
- Retail Sales /Modern format (More, Reliance/big basket)
- Align procurement process outcomes with the sales strategy.
- Evolve market research and segmentation strategy and develop new channels
- Distribution Management-Managing & strengthening distribution network through Modern trade and retail chain.
- Credit Management- Evaluation of credit worthiness of trade in line with credit policy of the company & manage Bank Guarantees/Security Deposits & Payments of customers
- Branding & Promotions- POP activities at wholesale/Semi wholesale/Retail & end consumer level
Team Management-Managing sustained motivated team.
