Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify potential affiliates through research, referrals, and outreach.

Develop and execute a recruitment strategy that targets relevant affiliates.

Contact potential affiliates via email, phone, or other communication channels to introduce them to our affiliate program and explain its benefits.

Negotiate commission rates and terms with potential affiliates.

Help onboard new affiliates and provide them with the necessary resources to promote our products or services.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to ensure their continued engagement and success in the program.

Monitor and analyze affiliate performance data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.

Skills Required:
