At least three years combined Human Resources, Investigations, Labor relations or Legal experience, and demonstrated passion for employee relations, labor relations, or labor/employment law with an emphasis on labor and employee relations work.
Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field required or Bachelor’s degree in Law
Experience in conducting Investigations
Experience in building relationship and influencing large number of stakeholders
Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite systems including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

The central objective of Amazon’s Employee Relations team is to ensure fair and respectful treatment of employees, consistent with our core business values and objectives.
The candidate for this position should hold strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to work successfully on a broad spectrum of employee, investigating panel, partnering vendors and cross-teams.
Role & Responsibilities:
§ The individual is required to work on highly sensitive HR & ER investigation related data therefore, should demonstrate high sense of maturity towards managing and maintaining Confidentiality at all times. Should be well-organized and detailed oriented;
§ Understands the speed and urgency, and operates within defined timelines on ‘Case Management’ transactions at the same time ensuring quality of output;
§ Ability to multi-task;
§ Act as Single Point Contact by liaising between investigating Panel and External for investigations;
§ Ability to convert Data into Information which presents trends, variations, comparisons and anticipated risks; and publish at regular intervals to respective Internal Stakeholders/Leaders;
§ Responsible for ‘Vendor Management’ including invoice processing and cost allocation;
§ Responsible for liaising between Learning Services Team, HRBP Org and Training Partner for driving Awareness on POSH sessions for Managers and Employees;
§ Responsible for completing Compliance related data requirements as per POSH Act.
§ Independently work on creating QBR and HBR document for the ER function in India
Basic Qualifications
§ Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University
§ Strong in Microsoft Excel and Word

§ Analytics and/or reporting experience is preferred
§ Knowledge on advanced excel
§ HR information systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) would be advantageous
