Roles and Responsibilities
– Manage staffing processes, including recruiting, interviewing and onboarding
– Ensure job descriptions are up to date and comply with all local, state and federal regulations
– Develop training materials and performance management plans to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
– Develop compensation strategies for all employees based on market research and compensation surveys; keep strategies up to date
– Investigate and resolve employee issues and conflicts
– Ensure that the organization is in compliance with local, state and federal regulations
– Provide coaching and feedback to teams using performance management tools
– Ensure consistent application of all company HR policies
– Maintain company org chart and employee directory
– Work with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business plans
– Maintain HR systems and processes
– Conduct performance and compensation reviews
– Provide support and guidance to HR staff
– Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
– Design and implement employee retention strategies
– Good knowledge in IT team/organization structure
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,880.66 per month
