Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
This role is responsible to manage the order book along with reporting for the MBC departments to achieve the set goals of department in a collaborative way across the departments of company.

OB Change – RDD, Transfer, Cancellation etc.

MBC Partner PO execution

Reporting

Sell In Report

Digital Tracker Reporting to EM

RFC submission to finance

Customer Master

Miscellaneous & adhoc

Tracker/Other

OIL consolidation & tracker

PO and DN Tracking

Transfer/Add/Cancellation Tracking

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Good IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Good communication skill (verbal and written) and local language of Market HQ

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Functional: 3-5 years in customer service/billing
• Industry knowledge for digital business: ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes
• Graduation from Government approved university
