Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
This role is responsible to manage the order book along with reporting for the MBC departments to achieve the set goals of department in a collaborative way across the departments of company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Book Management
- Tradeshow & Additional Orders
- Pending Orders-PI
- OB Change – RDD, Transfer, Cancellation etc.
- Order Execution
- MBC Partner PO execution
- Reporting
- Sell In Report
- Digital Tracker Reporting to EM
- RFC submission to finance
- Customer Master
- Miscellaneous & adhoc
- Tracker/Other
- OIL consolidation & tracker
- PO and DN Tracking
- Transfer/Add/Cancellation Tracking
- Audit
- Testings
- Collection Report
Key relationship
- Supply Chain
- Finance
- Logistics
- Channel Heads
- Account Managers
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Good communication skill (verbal and written) and local language of Market HQ
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Functional: 3-5 years in customer service/billing
- Industry knowledge for digital business: ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes
- Graduation from Government approved university
