- Individual contributor responsible for end to end hiring for Retail (store-based) volume hiring.
- Stakeholder management, Build strong rapport by being responsive and solution-oriented
- Drive employer branding initiatives, ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience across all stages of the recruitment process* Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, Diversity, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).* Use data-driven insights to improve hiring strategies and operational effectiveness.* Prepare monthly/quarterly dashboards for business reviews.* Track and ensure TA metrics such as diversity hiring, internal mobility, referral program etc.
