Position: Jr. Social Media ExecutiveJob Type: PermanentCompany: Adit Digital Marketing AgencyExperience Required: 0 – 6 months:

Assist with streamlining company’s as well as client’s social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Flicker, and other social media platforms), ensuring uniform content and tone of voice for landing pages, graphics, and other elements within the communities.
Handle social media pages and posting updates to the client’s Facebook account (under supervision from a manager). Build Facebook ‘likes’ by approaching potential clients and candidates through other social media channels. Work with managers to implement other channel-specific campaigns (e.g. uploading photos to Facebook, Instagram, videos to YouTube, etc.) as and when required.
Develop content calendars on a weekly or monthly basis and increase the number of followers by engaging with potential customers, thus driving more traffic organically. Monitor analytics with social media team to identify viable ideas.
Coordinate with content writer, graphic designers and web developers to create posts and engage more customers. Coordinate with internal teams and account managers to ensure that the client’s profiles are accurate and up-to date.

Required Skills:

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest
Experience with social media analytics, including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
Basic knowledge of Photoshop would be an added advantage.
