• Corporate Tie-ups and Lead Generation:
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with new corporate clients and plants to generate leads.
• Identifying potential business opportunities and developing strategies to secure new partnerships.
• Health Activity Planning & Execution:
• Planning and executing health-related activities within the group and external organizations.
• Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of health initiatives.
• BTL Activity and Revenue Generation:
• Understanding Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities and driving revenue generation through these initiatives.
• Developing and executing BTL campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Sales Team Support:
• Assisting the sales team in managing and executing marketing campaigns.
• Providing insights and support to enhance sales performance.
• Proficiency in MS Office:
• Demonstrating strong command of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to create reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Utilizing MS Office to streamline and enhance daily operations.
• Communication Skills:
• Exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Presenting ideas clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with BTL marketing activities is a plus.
