ACHIEVEMENT OF TARGET Making and development of 100 % Drawing (Requested by – PGD, chemical and colony area ) to be prepared under required period of time (approx three to four days)

Organizational Focus A) Devlopment of all capex drawing as per requiremant, (PGD, Chemical and colony area.

B) Raising service and material PR for the work related capex work.

C) Preperation of material issue slips as per requirement .

D) Entry of service bills and prepairing entry sheet for the work related to Civil Capex’s.

E) Target of cost saving by reducing number of prints( Drawing , issue slip and other docoments)

Attitude at Workplace All drawings to be prepaired as per requirement of seniors & coworkers within given period of time.

Quality Systems Adhere the complience of team safety and Equipment safety.

Target of Safety observation – 24 Nos.

Target of PTW audit – 24 Nos.

Target of Near miss – 12 Nos.

Target of TBT geving – 24 Nos.

Target of Safety observation – 24 Nos.

Sustainbility report to be submiiting on monthly basis (Traget – 12 Months)

Interpersonal Skills We make drawing as per requirement of our customers and without collaborating with the them it is not possible . If any drawings & data required to other unit officers, all communication we do through email keeping in loop to all the our concerned senior officers.

Build strong communication with other team members and bosses as well to reduce delay and increase the productivity.
