- Operations Management
- Ensure smooth operation of MEE, Dryers, ETP, and STP systems as per plan and budget.
- Maintain compliance with all legal, environmental, and safety norms.
- Maximize equipment productivity and ensure full capacity utilization.
- Review process parameters at every stage of the ETP, STP, and MEE operations.
- Maintain daily logs of operations, maintenance, and water quality data.
- Supervise and track real-time operations through the SCADA system.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, hazardous waste management, and follow all safety guidelines.
- Ensure SOPs and work instructions are implemented effectively.
- Plan and execute capital projects by allocating resources based on operational needs.
- Monitor and update progress of Capex projects, assess risks, and ensure timely outcomes.
- Support initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste generation.
- Assist in trials and alternate treatment methods to minimize ETP sludge and landfill waste.
- Implement and maintain process SOPs, HIRA, and environmental significance records.
