Job Purpose:

As a Procurement Executive, you will manage purchasing and vendor negotiations across diverse categories, ensuring timely and cost-efficient sourcing. The ideal candidate should bring effective communication and procurement skills to support a variety of store-related needs, including civil, interior, CCTV, and electrical materials. Candidates from any industry background are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement & Sourcing

• Identify and source materials across civil, interior, CCTV, and electrical categories for store-related projects
• Evaluate supplier options to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery

2. Vendor Management

• Negotiate terms and pricing with vendors to optimize procurement value
• Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships for long-term collaboration

3. Systems & Documentation

• Maintain accurate procurement records using SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Track purchase orders, delivery timelines, and invoices for accountability and audits

4. Project Coordination

• Collaborate with project managers to align procurement timelines with execution schedules
• Monitor supply chain performance to prevent delays and material shortages

5. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all materials meet internal standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct quality checks and coordinate with vendors for replacements or corrections if needed

6. Communication & Reporting

• Communicate effectively across departments to stay updated on requirements and project updates
• Provide regular procurement status reports to project leads and management

Systems & Documentation

• maintain accurate procurement records using SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Track purchase orders, delivery timelines, and invoices for accountability and audits
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP, ensuring alignment with project requirements
• reCoordinate Goods Receipt Note (GRN) entries and confirmations for timely payment processing

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2–4 years of procurement or purchasing experience
• Educational background: Open to all disciplines
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel is essential
• Strong communication skills—verbal and written
