Job Objective
To ensure the timely and accurate preparation, audit and reporting of financials and other statutory reporting of BU in adherence to the applicable Accounting Standards. Manage tax compliances and returns for entities of the group
To ensure the timely and accurate preparation, audit and reporting of financials and other statutory reporting of BU in adherence to the applicable Accounting Standards. Manage tax compliances and returns for entities of the group
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Roles & Responsibilities Allign with business objectives and interact with BU for matter concerning Financial statements
Timely closing of monthly/quarterly/annual books of accounts
Ensure timely filing of XBRL & other statutory filings as per accounting policies
Provide ad-hoc data support to BU’s with respects to financials
Liaise with tax consultants on regular basis in respect of various tax compliances, tax advisory, tax representation and tax litigations
Ensure timely and accurate direct tax and indirect compliances and due diligence
Preparation of audit schedules in line with Statutory liabilities , desired format by auditors/BU’s and responsible for closure of audit queries
Technology and IT Enablement Support & UAT for new projects/robotics
Qualifications
Job Profile
Educational Qualification: • CA (Cleared 1st Attempt is preferred)
Experiences: • Fresher – 3 years of articleship experience (Preferably in Big4)
Ind AS knowledge
Direct & Indirect Tax Compliances
Exposure to SAP
