Travel Consultant duties and responsibilitiesResearch, explore and study different travel destination optionsResearch destination and travel prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.Research and study clients’ specifications and wishesSuggest suitable travel options that best suite clients’ needsPlan and organize travelsBook tickets, reserve accommodation, organize rental transportationInform clients and provide useful travel material such as guides, maps and event programsCollect deposits and balancesOffer and promote different services and offeringsKeep learning about latest industry trendsAttend webinars, conferences and other educational programsBuild and maintain relationships with clientsTrack KPIs and prepare KPI reportsTravel Consultant requirements and qualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or similar rolePassionate about travel and tourismExcellent knowledge of latest tourism trendsGood understanding of different tourism offerings and optionsGood knowledge of travel softwareProficiency in English & HindiKnowledge of additional languages is an advantageGood sales and presentation skillsCustomer oriented mindsetCritical thinker and problem solverTeam playerGood organizational and time-management skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skillsBA in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or similar relevant fieldCandidates with rich personal experience in traveling will have an advantageJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: INR35,000.00 – INR40,000.00 per monthSchedule:
