Base Location: Bangalore

Minimum Qualification: B. Tech

Preferred Experience: 3 to 5 Years of relevant experience.

Preferred Industry: Retail, Textile & Apparel

Key Result Areas

Cost, On time in full, Communication to External Buyer

• Coordinate with vendors/ fob to achieve required inward target and on-time in-full.
• Issue PO to vendors with placing orders.
• Bill of materials and Tech pack validation

Developments

• Coordinate with vendors to achieve timely delivery of samples.
• Provide inputs for Product development.
• Need to travel to Get new Developments.

Imports

• Manage Import Logistics efficiently from end to end till documents are settled.
• Arrange documents from vendors for inward of bulk in factory and maintaining on-time in-full.
• Maintain complete set of documents required for Purchase like Indent file, Approval File, Import Data and BOE etc.

Vendor Payments & MIS

• Ensure proper documentation of all Vendor Payments
• Updating of complete data in systems like Cordys, Product Lifecycle Management, SAP.
• Reconciliation of 15 Top vendors every 6-months and payment follow ups of the vendors.
