Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Supporting Actions
Security
Ensuring appropriate security of Men, Material and Equipment’s.
Ensuring LAW and ORDER in the plant premises through strict implementation of security arrangement on day to day basis.
To safeguard company property against theft and damages.
Random checking of scrap loading to avoid malfunctioning.
Ensuring holding valid driving license by all incoming and outgoing heavy &hazardous vehicles.
Strict checking of all transit vehicles at the main gate.
Not allowing any person inside the plant premises without compiling formalities
Fire Prevention
1.To assist maintenance of fire fighting equipment’s.
2.Ensuring availability of serviceable fire fighting equipments at right places.
3.Organizing dummy fire fighting drill and giving training to all security personnel to fight against the fire and meet other emergencies.
Weighment
Ensuring timely and accurate weighment of all incoming and outgoing material including different types of scraps. Ensuring weekly calibration to achieve highest degree of accuracy.
Intelligence
“Collecting valuable information related to contract workers.
To give timely report to unit management with suggestions, alternative solutions for any probable crises. Keeping constant watch on contract workforce activities in and outside the plant.”
Discipline
“Closely monitoring the entry and exit of employees, contract employees, visitors, suppliers, contractors, consultants, customers and officials from the group companies. Hindalco Corporate Office or other sister plants of Hindalco who visit the plant to meet company officials for the business purpose.
Closely monitoring the entry and exit of Students and Faculties from professional institutes to see the plant.
Surprise night rounds to all security posts and all departments.
Random checking of Alcohol drunken by Alcohol Breathe Analyzer.
Taking parade and drill of security personnel deployed at the Unit time to time.
Daily plant rounds to keep constant watch on all illegal activities and ensuring Law and Order situation maintain in the plant premises.”
Estate management
Assist FH-HR to settle estate related issues, which includes settlement of Land revenue, Municipality and Municipal Office taxes etc.
Contractors & contract labour movement
Maintaining record of all contractors and contract labours in consultation with HR department so that contractors and contract labours intake is monitored and restricted.
Qualifications:
Post Graduate,LL.B / B.L.S.
Minimum Experience Level:
10-15 Years
