To plan, ensure & maintain law & order in the mines, implement and monitor security management systems. Aligning liaison with police department & ensure security of Men, Material & Estate.

Strategic planning, organizing, coordinating & monitoring of Security Policies & SOP

Setting up ensuring proper flow of MIS to higher management & concerned departments for smooth & timely flow of reports & information

Deploy effective security personnel to control movement of men & materials, incoming and outgoing of vehicles, checking and frisking of employee, workers, labors, visitors to avoid unauthorized entry. Implement & to enforce I card /Gate pass System for men & material. Restrict entry of alcoholics and miscreants into mines area. Enforce discipline among security personnel

Prepare in advance for emergency situations. Strategic deployment of effective security force to combat emergency /untoward situations

To collect intelligence through overt & covert methods and communicate to management for timely action

Liaise with local police to enforce law & order in time of commotion and critical situations

Qualifications:

Minimum Experience Level:
5-10 Years
