Core Responsibilities

1. Ensure optimal performance of MBOs across assigned territory.
2. Plan & execute sales strategies to achieve targets
3. Regular SIS visits to monitor merchandising, VM Execution, staff performance & adherence to brand standards.
4. Drive secondary sales & manage sell through, stock turns.
5. Act as the single point of contact between the brand & distributor.
6. Ensure timely product dispatch, billing & replenishment.
7. Monitor distributor stock levels, ageing & liquidation plans.
8. Ensure compliance on credit terms, outstanding payments & claims.
9. Review & track distributor performance metrics including primary & secondary sales.
10. Conduct monthly/quarterly review meetings with distributors.
11. Share regular market intelligence & consumer feedback for planning future collections.
12. Support in sales forecasting & budgeting for Mbo channel.
13. Coordinate training programs for Mbo staff on product knowledge, VM Standards & customer service.

Knowledge and skill set

1. Strong understanding of retail operations in fashion apparels only.
2. Proven ability in distributor management & sales planning.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship management skills.
4. Data – driven approach with proficiency in MS excel & sales dashboard.

Experience

6-8 years of experience in Mbo sales operations with exposure to MBO & Distributor models.
