- Review pending PR
- Follow up for pending POs
- Samples & Gate Pass maintenance (receipt/issue/preparation/reconciliation)
- Vendor visits
- Dispute handling related to invoice mismatch
Job Context: Assist in routine purchase related for fabricated spares & accessories.
Major Challenges
- To track pending PRs;
- Delivery follow-ups with vendors
- Sample Gate Pass creation, maintenance & reconciliations
- Routine work scheduling skill, handling mails & responses
- Frequent visits to vendor’s workshops
- 2-3 years’ experience person

Supporting Actions
Improving PR to PO conversion time
Daily tracking of pending PR
Status tracking for RFQs
Daily MIS
Delivery follow ups
Develop tracking mechanism to ensure timely deliveries as per PO schedule.
Sample & Gatepass maintenance
Timely entries of samples received/issued
Gate Pass creation/maintenance and reconciliation
Vendor Visits
For a better understanding of the materials’ quality.
Little Knowledge of Fabrication items (if possible).
Knowledge of the Kolkata Market
