We’re on the lookout for a Category Operations Executive to drive excellence across our Makeup & Fragrance portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Process Ownership

• Manage and optimize end-to-end operations across multiple stakeholders and functions
• Lead critical operational processes to enhance catalog experience and customer journeys
• Develop and analyze reports to assess and improve operational efficiency

Customer Understanding & Insights

• Be the internal voice of the customer and advocate for their evolving needs
• Analyze customer behavior and trends using data to guide strategic decisions
• Identify untapped insights, even those the customers may not articulate directly

Catalog Management

• Take complete ownership of catalog content on marketplaces including Nykaa, Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Tira Beauty, and our own D2C platform
• Lead catalog creation – from photoshoots to product descriptions – in collaboration with internal teams
• Continuously enhance catalog content to boost conversion rates and align with customer decision-making patterns

Reporting & Trend Analysis

• Create detailed reports on operational performance
• Track and report on beauty and fragrance trends, new product launches, and category performance
