• Ownership of overall P&L of the cluster. Drive sales strategies and identify growth opportunities

Collections

• Monitor and implement measures for timely collections of all outstanding receivables.

Onboarding New Retailers

• Strategizing ways to identify and onboard new retailers.

Product portfolio

• Managing the product portfolio by analysing sales data, identifying trends, recommending new product additions, and overseeing the launch of new retail initiatives within budget and approval processes.

Credit Utilization

• Driving credit utilization to support sales growth while minimizing credit risk through creditworthiness assessments, setting credit limits, and developing credit programs (e.g., loyalty programs, financing options).

Day to day Ops

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient fulfilments of all orders and handling escalations.
• Implementing strategies to streamline operations and minimize costs.

Tie ups, Campaigns and partnerships

• Forging strategic tie-ups, creative campaigns to drive numbers such as revenue and profitability.
