Real Estate

• Processing of bills pertaining to lease rentals/electricity/CAMS/ Other statutory obligations.

Project

• Project related documents in auditable manner.

Facility Management Services

• Monitoring Security Agency
• Monitoring Housekeeping Agency
• Bus Services – Agreement/Bills/Recovery from employees.
• Cafe Management – Agreement/Bills/Recovery from employees
• Day to Day supervision from facility point of view includes – AMC Contracts, Repairs & Maintenance, Ensure Corporate LOOK & FEEL as per AB Group standards

Car Lease Management

• Employee requisition – My Car Portal
• Co-ordinate with employee and dealer on selection/test drive etc
• Prepare internal PO for car payouts – Update details in My Car portal
• Co-ordinate with dealer for delivery for car as well as RTO documentation
• Custodian of Original RC book pertaining to employee cars
• Track Insurance renewals for all cars & Intimate HR – Ops for necessary deductions
• Co-ordinate with Insurance company and employee in case of accidents/thefts
• In case of employee exit – Co-ordinate with HR – Ops / Accounts / Employee for transfer of ownership
• Reconcile with Fixed Asset Register every six months

Finance : Budget v/s Spend :

• Maintain Opex data for Budget v/s Spend – Qty basis for Administration Department
• Preparation of PO/WO for all services/ Payment advices – NFA etc
• Manage – Employee Claims on PAN India basis
• Obtain No Dues Certificate from active vendors – Twice in year

Travel Management Services

• Manage employees travel arrangements – Existing & New

General Affairs

• Office stationery / visiting Cards/ access Cards etc
• Courier Services – Transaction/Bills
• Telecom – PRI / Sim Cards for employees
• Celebrations / Events
