- Vendor Developments for the Pellet and IOBP Plant Equipment and Machinery.
- Understand the Plant requirements and float the enquiry and preparing the technical comparison in coordination with technical team.
- Thorough techno-commercial discussion with vendors and technological suppliers and prepare the Note for Approval.
- For smooth operation of the plant evaluating the requirements in advance:
- Manpower Requirements
- HEMM Requirements
- Raw Material Requirements
- Additives Requirements
- Timely action taken to fulfill the plant maintenance and operation requirements for smooth operation
