Job Description:
KRA1

Daily plant performance review of CPP, VAPs and CAPs for quality, operational deviations

1. Data collection from reports
2. Trend analysis of deviations
3. Feedback to respective sections
4. Update key observations to UH

KRA2

Improvement projects identification for technical upgradations/ significant process improvements and elimination of redundant activities and services

1. Coordinate with FHs and DHs for reviewing scope
2. Researching for schemes
3. Creating proposals with execution agencies and scheme owners
4. Monitor completion timelines

KRA3

Compliance status monitoring of RCMs/PM/ABG sustainability standards, various statutory and management audit reports

1. Analyse potential reasons for gaps
2. Coordinate with concerned process owners for closure and completion of tasks
3. Update key observations to UH

KRA4

Preparation of presentations and various reports for business purposes

1. Data collation from concerned departments
2. Review with FHs and UH

KRA5

Coordinating the Planning & Budgeting exercise and preparation of final documents for UH approval

1. Coordinate meetings with capex owners and execution agencies
2. Review with FHs for final draft
3. Update UH for approval

KRA6

Business analysis of key value drivers of competitors on quarterly basis from published resources

1. Collect journals, resources and business presentations
2. Collate data of key value drivers for analysis
3. Update key observations to UH

Qualifications:
Bachelor Of Technology

Minimum Experience Level:
3-6 Years
