KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)
Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)

KRA 1
Operational Excellence:
To plan and ensure compliance with preventive maintenance of the critical equipment and develop norms and standards for preventive maintenance of other electrical equipments for ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency at optimum cost.
1. Plan for PM of Critical equipments and semi critical of Phase 3 area.
2. Review Rates of Failure & plan for Change/ modification of plan as per MTBF.
3. To Review the analysis of Root cause, coordinate with other departments for modifications of norms, OEM Suppliers, External specialists to help resolve difficult problems.
4. Critically analyses condition based monitoring of critical parameters of the equipment to avoid outage of equipment.

KRA 2
Power Efficiency
Cost effective planning of power considering utilization of MD and power factor for power purchased from grid for minimizing the cost and maximizing the utilization of the power drawn from the grid.
1. Planning of Power as per power mapping & production requirement.
2. Maintain power factor of grid above 0.95 up to 0.98 by use of capacitor banks for maximizing utilization of grid power and to reduce the line loss
3. Operation of rectiformer at optimum tap to achieve max efficiency of rectifier..

KRA 3
Energy Conservation
To review and drive major energy saving initiatives across the plant to achieve targeted energy saving.

1. Study the scope of energy savings Vis a Vis current power consumption & power availability trend.
2. Prepare & plan energy saving schemes & budgetary planning.
3. Submit proposal and implement for equipment replacement with latest high efficiency equipment & equipment addition like VFDs, light etc.
4. Bus bar MV drop monitor and control

KRA 4
Manpower Control
Optimising the utilisation of manpower for cost control and productivity enhancement
1. Optimize the manpower utilization at respective area and reduce over time of manpower.
2. Training of electrician & fitters for multitasking across the plant.
3. Spot Training of team members towards Teamwork and Collaboration.

KRA 5
Planning Budgeting and Cost Control
Developing, monitor and control budget to ensure that the departmental working and expenses are in line with unit and business targets
1. Planning of budget in line with unit guidelines to achieve max life of the equipment
2. spare Management
3. Repair and reuse of Material
4. In house repairing facility development
5. Developing local vendor for imported items.

KRA 6
Safety, Occupational Health and Environment
Achieving the safety standards to ensure safe and healthy work environment
1. Review all the safety related standards, timely action against the safety violations and observations to ensure that safety standards are adhered to.

KRA 7
Planning and Execution of Projects.
1. To ensure the planning , material intend (SAP) and delivery on site within the time limit by interacting with other Internal and external customer in case of any new innovation & development CAPEX and Projects so as to avoid any delay in he set deadline by management.

Qualifications:

3-5 Years
