KRA1

Developing Business Relationship /Liaisoning:
1. Ensure strategic liaison with local vendors to get timely support to arrange hospitality support on long term and sort term basis

KRA2

Hospitality Management

1. To Plan & effective functioning of Guesthouse, Bachelor & Pant canteen & Cafeteria.

KRA3

ABG Group Admin Standardization under Vision 2020

1. To support DH for the standardization of Admin support & services in across Aditya Birla Group under Admin Vision 2020

KRA4

Waste Management & Housekeeping

1. Improve the hygienic condition of the Guesthouse & canteens so as to ensure that the standards in practice are of high degree in comparison to other best industries & continuous improvements.
2. Organize efficient housekeeping by scheduled cleaning of Guesthouse & canteens

KRA5

Township Management

1. To maintain discipline in the township by inculcating a sense of ownership in the residents
2. Provide support for all festival celebrations, cultural events, and entertainment programs and sports/games activities to upkeep the quality of life

KRA6

Crisis Management

1. Need to give support in crisis of any incident or project whether related to employees , residents or factory

KRA7

Budget Planning & Negotiation

1. Support to DH for Budget planning & joint negotiation to support the Unit / business objective

Qualifications:
Bachelor Of Commerce,Bachelors in Hotel Management,Bachelor Of Arts

Minimum Experience Level:
6-12 Years

Deputy General Manager
