To Identify and plan customer visits regularly to build relationships and achieve sales targets.
Build strong relationships with clients to generate new orders and fulfill repeat orders.
Enable customers to place orders using digital tools and bring more digitization to the pre-order process.
Onboard customers and drive continuous transactions to meet GMV forecast and revenue targets through a combination of physical hunting and farming enabled by digital tools.
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining delivery and quality standards and handling any customer queries.
Coordinate with operations, finance, logistics, and category teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
Introduce new products and categories to the market as per company requirements.
Ensure compliance with all regulations at the local level and as per company standards and policies.
