Position Summary
BPM Developer is responsible for working directly with US and India region Process Orchestration and Automation Teams. This position works on agile environment to deliver some of key Orchestration initiatives starting from Design, Build and Test. This position has direct impact on capabilities of Technical Global Services of BD

Educational Background
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Management, or related discipline
Professional Experience

• 5-7 Years of software development experience; preferred to be in Life Science.
• Computer Tools: 5+ Years of experience in Pega PRPC/or any other BPM tools.
• At least 5 years of experience in full lifecycle delivery of complex systems, including requirements, design, build, test, and deployment of PRPC applications.

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ability to work with system owners, technical teams, and functional teams to design, implement, test, and validate a system.
• Deliver proof of concepts as well as automated processes for production
• Work with Business Analysts to understand desired system requirements and write functional and technical specifications.
• Will collaborate with developers located near shore as well as offshore on daily basis.
• Work on application performance improvements
• Design and develop new code and/or support operations, maintenance, and enhancements of existing code.
• Design and create well-documented, supportable, and extensible developments whilst maintaining the work of other consultants, partners and clients
• Follow Pega PRPC best practices and guideline.
• Perform regular code and design reviews.
• Manages code migration from development through to production.
• Conduct multiple levels of testing including unit, system, integration, and performance.
• Effectively model organization business processes and integrate them with existing Enterprise systems and capabilities.
• Estimate level of effort and plan work accordingly.
• Mentor other developers to improve capabilities of the team

Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge

• Certified PEGA Senior System Architect (CSSA), Working with Pega API.
  Skills
  Expertise on various integration technologies like SOAP, REST, MQ, TCP, HTTP, and middleware.
  Well versed with SDLC, Agile, CD&CI methodologies
  Experience working in an agile (SCRUM/Pega Smart BPM).
  Experience in full PRPC implementation cycle.
  Knowledge on XML, Java, SQL.
  Good knowledge of PEGA Guardrails.
  Ability to execute development of Re-usable Assets, Code Reviews, and IT Governance for Pega Practice.
  Hands on experience in architecting and designing Pega applications across a large enterprise
  Deep understanding of Peg Pega PRPC version 8X platform experience.

Desired / Additional Skills & Knowledge (Not essential to the job but will be an advantage to possess)

• Pega RPA domain knowledge is a plus and/or having idea about any competitor Healthcare tool.
• Worked on PRPC with databases Oracle and application servers WebSphere/ WebLogic
