- Manage Business for the allocated Region
- Establishing sales objectives by creating a sales plan
- Develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines and identify new business development opportunities
- Driving the ASM & RM to achieve their targets
- Help Maintains and expands customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities
- Monitoring Business activities that are in tandem to the Credit Policy of the Company.
- Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
- Meeting budgeted revenue and income numbers
- Work closely with Product team to improve the products
- Hire , Train , Nurture and Motivate Team Members
