Job Description: SCM – Order Fulfillment

Summary:

This Role is for Supply Chain Management, where we are looking for candidates with experience in Logistics / Warehousing / Order Management

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer orders (B2B, B2C)
• Inward management and PO Creation management
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate restocking communications
• Experience in WMS / OMS / TMS systems
• Liaise with logistics providers for inwards and outwards from warehouse
• Handling Case escalation for orders
• Manage transportation operations, freight rate negotiations for spot hire
• Manage returns / Forward movement for marketplaces
• Channel wise SOP for fulfillment process
• Adhoc activities of procurement for P.M
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, desirable
• 3-5 years of experience in order fulfillment or logistics/warehousing
• Proficiency in inventory and (OMS/WMS)
• Experience in Transportation B2B/B2C freights
• Excellent Excel Skills
• MIS Data creation and management
