We are currently looking for an exceptional Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our growing team. Your duties will be varied in this position, although your primary function will be to provide a high level of organisational support to the National Sales and Marketing Manager and support Sales and Marketing team. This position will be reporting to National Sales and Marketing Manager and is based out of our Bangalore Office.
Key Responsibilities
Represent F&P in a professional manner at all times, for internal and external customers.
Embrace a strong existing culture and be a positive influence for the team.
Manage the booking of appointments and the diary for the National Sales and Marketing Manager to prioritise his/her time to meet business needs.
Support the National Sales and Marketing Manager in an administrative role.
Arrange travel requirements for the Hospital sales and marketing teams (assist where required for travel outside the immediate teams).
Co-ordinate visitor’s trips to the Indian Hospital market, including travel arrangements and agendas.
Assist the team with recruitment activities including organizing travel arrangements and interviews for candidates and/or new joiners. Coordinate with Human Resources with regards to asset allocation (ID, Business Card and welcome kit) for new joiners
Coordinate with TPA for sales team car leases – new allocation, terminations etc. Maintain and track MIS for the same in required template.
Administrative support for the production and distribution of marketing initiatives, events and projects as and when required for the product manager and sales team. Please note, some of these may be occasionally held out of normal office hours.
Prepare presentations for the National Sales and Marketing Manager and other Hospital Managers where required.
General administrative duties including coordination, preparation and attendance at all relevant meetings to ensure resources are available and meeting minutes are accurately recorded and distributed.
Review, authorise and coordinate the payment of invoices and accounts to ensure payment within trading conditions.
Provide back up to other senior PAs and Team Administrators to ensure business continuity during absences.
Prepare monthly and daily reports (MIS) for tracking business outcomes
Coordinate with sales teams to publish the Secondary Sales reports / forecasting as per timelines
Coordinate with the Finance teams, IT and Customer care teams on any troubleshooting that may arise
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
A tertiary qualification in a relevant field or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a comparable role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail
Time Management and organisational skills.
Demonstrate initiative and proactivity.
Presentation skills with strong data analysis skills
Demonstrated skills in standard computer applications including Microsoft office, Excel etc as well as CRM systems.
