Aditya Birla Group Hiring for SH Security and Admin, Lohardaga at Jharkhand Full Time

Following is the job description for the position :

• Overseeing implementation of security policies in sync with the strategic objectives of the Organisation incorporating priorities and concerns of all mines across Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh
• Facilitating preventive, predictive, breakdown maintenance as well as planned shutdown with respect to infrastructure in colonies and guest houses as well as equipment related to security, surveillance and fire safety to ensure continuous uptime
• Implementing Security protocols across units under jurisdiction
• Implementing cost saving in terms of repair and maintenance of colony infrastructure, guest houses through improvement of efficiencies and cost saving measures without affective quality of service
• Overseeing management of spares and consumables in areas under jurisdiction to optimise working capital
• Overseeing implementation of manpower plan and optimum contractual security deployment across the bauxite mines in Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh to improve profitability
• Providing security to all mines under jurisdiction to ensure uninterrupted operations, vehicle and manpower movement without any loss of life and property
• Minimising downtime with respect to infrastructure in colonies
• Minimising response time in providing information and solutions to all internal and external customers

• Implementing statutory compliances with focus on the following:

o Renewing Arms Licences within timelines

o Vehicle Registration on time

• Implementing good Housekeeping practices
• Oversees implementation of Health, Safety, Environment norms with focus on fire safety
• Embedding safety culture through training and awareness sessions for team under jurisdiction including contractual teams to minimise safety incidents
• Overseeing intake and deployment of appropriate contractual workforce, their continuous training and wellbeing as per company guidelines and statutory norms
• Engaging with employees and contractors for quick resolution of employee issues, contract labour issues and harmonious employee relations across mines under jurisdiction
• Maintaining community connect in areas around mines under jurisdiction
