• Overall responsible for Engineering Stores.
• Managing the Materials receipt, Issue, Transfer etc
• Co-ordination with QA/QC/ user department
• Periodical Stock verification as per System stock.
  • Co-ordination with internal customers.
  • Ensure to adhere S.O.P (Standard Operating Procedure) for stores activities.
  • Preparation of Goods Receipt Note (GRN) /Service Receipt Note, Non-Returnable/ Returnable Gate Pass etc.,
  • Managing Inventory activities held on day-to-day basis.
  • Utilizing FIFO, JIT (JUST IN TIME) method in stores, (Batch/Lot) while material issue.
  • Properly Identifications of Inward material & move to Store. Proper storage & Preservation of materials.
  • Ensure optimum utilization of available storage Spaces.
  • Maintaining Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
  • Materials issue to proper cost center/ Internal Order.
  • Reconciliation of Materials/Items.
  • Physical Verification of Stock as per guideline.
  • Ensure material availability for Stock Items for smooth flow of production.
  • MIS Reporting.
  • Any other duties assigned by Manager

Qualifications:

Minimum Experience Level:
5-8 Years
