Job Description:
- Overall responsible for Engineering Stores.
- Managing the Materials receipt, Issue, Transfer etc
- Co-ordination with QA/QC/ user department

Periodical Stock verification as per System stock.
- Co-ordination with internal customers.
- Ensure to adhere S.O.P (Standard Operating Procedure) for stores activities.
- Preparation of Goods Receipt Note (GRN) /Service Receipt Note, Non-Returnable/ Returnable Gate Pass etc.,
- Managing Inventory activities held on day-to-day basis.
- Utilizing FIFO, JIT (JUST IN TIME) method in stores, (Batch/Lot) while material issue.
- Properly Identifications of Inward material & move to Store. Proper storage & Preservation of materials.
- Ensure optimum utilization of available storage Spaces.
- Maintaining Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
- Materials issue to proper cost center/ Internal Order.
- Reconciliation of Materials/Items.
- Physical Verification of Stock as per guideline.
- Ensure material availability for Stock Items for smooth flow of production.
- MIS Reporting.
- Any other duties assigned by Manager
Qualifications:
Any Graduate
Minimum Experience Level:
5-8 Years
