Job Description:
JOB PROFILE – To prepare all the MIS for the unit as per defined timelines with Zero Error. To support SH F&C in smooth functioning of F&C section.

Mandatory Skills:
1)To assist in day to activities of purchase & stores.
2) Daily MIS updating
3) Carrying out Physical verification of inventories.
4) Statutory Compliance Knowledge of MDRM, PILOG, VENDX , IBM case Manager and SAP is compulsory.
5) Should have work experience in SAP, MIS, and day to day purchase & stores activities.

- A) GRN preparation & posting of MR
- B) Storage location of inventories in MDRM
- C) Material ageing in various categories.
- D) Preparation of Gate pass (Ret. / Non-Ret.)
- E) STO Preparation
- F) Creation of scrap sales order & delivery.
- G) Monthly MIS of stores related activity monthly,quarterly & yearly.
KRA 2:
- A) Physical Verification of Inventories
- B) Categorization of Inventories
- C) Min-Max Inventory control
- D) Preparation of case ID through IBM case manager for vendor payment.
KRA 3:
- A) PR to PO conversion
- B) Knowledge of VENDX.
- C) Development of new Vendor & Customer
KRA 4:
- A) Negotiation skills
- B) Preparation of monthly MIS of S&P
- C) Knowledge of safety with related to stores activities.
Qualifications:
B.Com Honours,Bachelor Of Commerce
Minimum Experience Level:
5-10 Years
