Job Description:
1) Ensuring availability of Raw Materials, Bags, Diesel with required specifications to get targeted production.
2) Proper Inventory management-Maintenance of Minimum / Maximum level of items, ABC Analysis, Perpetual Inventory with accounts, Just in Time management for selective items, Codification o f Items,AET wise inventory details in SAP. Co-ordination with sap core team for modification of MM programme
3) Organizing timely repairs of machine tools, gas equipment etc-Locating Vendors, Coordination with user deptt & vendors, Finalization of rates,Organizing timely repair without affecting plant operation.
4) Proper Storage and preservation of material-Identification of materials, Inspection of materials,shifting the material in proper location ,location updation in sap,in case of rejection sending back the materi al and arranging for replacement, incase of Rubber items self life to be displayed, Hiring of material Handling equipments.
5) Inbound logistic management
Qualifications:
Any Graduate,Graduate Dip in Material Mngmt
Minimum Experience Level:
5-8 Years
