- Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance for mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical faults / breakdowns, conduct root cause analysis, suggest corrective actions.
- Oversee corrective maintenance, ensure timely repair to minimize production interruptions.
- Monitor process parameters (e.g. speed, load, temperatures, pressures etc.) and adjust or report deviations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards (use of PPE, lock-out/tag-out procedures, hazard identification, etc.)
- Maintain equipment history and maintenance logs.
