Tentative job band 13.
The Incumbent shall drive short term and long term HR &ER and will be responsible for its execution at mine location. Should have at least 2 -3 years of relevant experience
His accountability will be
1. To drive HR & ER process at mines location
2. Statutory compliance at mines
3. Contract labor management
4. Handling Employee grievance at mines
5. Administration work
6. ESI, EPF, Bonus, Time office related work
Qualifications:
BBA,B.Com Honours,BA Hons
Minimum Experience Level:
2-5 Years
