Job Purpose Candidate must have minimum 3 years experience in similar position in Aluminium Extrusion Industry. They must have hands-on expert level experience in feasibility. Candidate must have good knowledge about Aluminium profiles and Extrusion Process. Analyze reasons for external rejections, customer complaints and initiate, monitor and implement corrective actions, to prevent recurrence Liaison with external agencies for third party inspections. Initiate action plans to reduce customer complaints, sales return and internal rejection. Visit to Customers for understanding customer perceptions. Understand Customer process and applications. Provide inputs for developing customer specific practices. Develop/modify products based on customer inputs Carry out RCA (5 why, fish bone, 8D). Have an advanced understanding of product, process and system standards and requirements relevant to aluminium extrusion
