Job Description:
Candidate should be a full-time Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgy/ Chemical Industry with 2- 5 years of experience in aging /stacker operation having knowledge of Extrusion Production and Quality Systems, and Extrusion stretcher. Fundamentals of Aluminium Extrusion Process. Candidate must have knowledge in Classification of Extrusion Processes – Conventional Direct Extrusion, Billet-on-Billet Extrusion, Indirect Extrusion, Process Variations, Combination of Casting and Conform Extrusion, Lead and Lag Indicators – Die Oven Temperatures, Billet Preheat, Exit temperature, Ram speed, Critical Alarms and Safety Interlocks, Extrusion Metallurgy – Tempers, Properties, Quench Systems (Spray, Standing Column, Air-mist, Air), Puller & Sawing, Stretching, Identifying common quality issues and their reasons must have good Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the workforce. The candidate should have a working knowledge of manufacturing production and quality systems. Should be very good in teamwork, Service Orientation & customer focus to implement and effectively develop within predefined parameters like timeline, production targets etc.
