Job Description:
Domestic Receivables: Correct and real time accounting for live business decisions, ensuring internal controls. Reconciliation and interface with Marketing
Timely collection update
Timely Application of Receivables
Proper and timely application of Credit Notes
Collection of Rent of Investment property.
Fixed assets and Compliance including Investment Property: Complete Accounting and records of fixed assets in the region, including employee details of assets in employee possession, as per Company Policy.
Commercial Documentation: Ensuring proper documentation for negotiable instruments to enable safe realization of funds and in time.
Checking of Domestic L/Cs.
Ensure correct preparation of Hundis.
Ensure proper entries of Realisation of Hundis.
Monitoring of Pending Hundis.
Credit/Debit Note: Timely issuance of Credit Notes/Debit notes for Rebate/ Cash Discounts / Commission / Price Difference
Checking of RCN/Advices.
Checking/Entry of Credit/Debit Notes.
Ensure Proper Accounting of Credit/Debit Notes.
Maintaining the Liability Provisioning Statement.
Banking of Collections: Timely Deposit of collections with Banks
Ensure timely receipting/remittance
Ensure compliance of IDPMS
Liaison with banks as well as corporate treasury as and when required.
MIS on AR/GL/AP & Compliances: Preparation of MIS Reports
Preparation of MIS Reports with Accuracy.
Preparation of MIS reports in time.
Compliance w.r.t GSTR-1.
Compliance w. r. t TDS/ TCS U/s 206 of IT Act
Closing and Audits: Monitor monthly, quarterly and yearly accounts closing for AR & Fixed Assets and all relevant supporting activities, as per target set by CFD.
Reconciliation of AR and GL
Prepare updated schedules.
Providing relevant information / supporting to auditors and satisfy them about accounting policies and procedure followed / authenticity of figures disclosed.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Domestic Receivables: Correct and real time accounting for live business decisions, ensuring internal controls. Reconciliation and interface with Marketing
Fixed assets and Compliance including Investment Property: Complete Accounting and records of fixed assets in the region, including employee details of assets in employee possession, as per Company Policy.
Ensuring adequate controls are in place on all assets in 22 locations in 3 states.
Adherence to the CEMS manual.
Arranging PV as per schedules.
Commercial Documentation: Ensuring proper documentation for negotiable instruments to enable safe realization of funds and in time.
Credit/Debit Note: Timely issuance of Credit Notes/Debit notes for Rebate/ Cash Discounts / Commission / Price Difference

Qualifications:
CA Inter,ACA – Inter,Master Of Commerce
Minimum Experience Level:
